Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 cupbajri flour
  • 2 tbspwheat flour
  • 2 tbspmethi chopped
  • 1 tbspsesame seeds
  • 1 tspajwain
  • 1 tbspcrushed garlic, ginger and chilli paste
  • 1 tbspjaggery
  • to tasteSalt and coriander powder
  • to tastered chilli
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspnormal curd
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together. Add 2 tbsp hot oil to it.

    Add water if required and knead medium hard dough.

    Rest it for half hour.

    Make small vada on hand and fry in hot oil on medium flame.
