First of all bind the dough of gatte with besan and above said ingredients. Use water gradually. Form a stiff dough. I shaped gatte in tear drop shape. You may do it of your choice. And inside it I filled dry fruits. Almond,cashew,raisins and pistachios. U can add dry fruits of your choice or make them without dry fruits.

Now in boiling water add some oil drops and add gatte in the hot water. Let them cook upto 10 to 15 minutes. Let them cool down and then fry them in hot oil.

Now for gravy, put oil. When it is hot add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and let them saute. Now add onion paste and stir well. Let it cook until the raw smell goes out and it changes in colour. Then add tomato paste and mix well let it cook properly. Now add all the masalas and some water.

Cook untill the paste soak all the flavours of masala. Add enough water (depends on the thickness you want for the gravy) and prepared gatte. Let them cook together. Cover and cook. Garnish with coriander leaves.

It is ready.serve hot. Enjoy with fulka or naan.. thanks
