Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbesan flour
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 1/2 tspginger paste
  5. 1/4turmeric powder
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tbspsalt
  8. 1 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tbspcoconut
  10. 2cut green chillies
  11. 6-8curry leaves
  12. handful Coriander finely cut

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the besan, curd, salt turmeric powder and ginger paste in a microwave safe bowl and whisk well so that no lumps remains.

  2. 2

    Microwave on high for flame in 3 minutes. Remove mix well and microwave high for flame 2 more minutes. Again remove mix well and microwave high for flame 2more minutes.

  3. 3

    Spread the cooked on the back of grease a thali to a very thin circle, while it's still hot.cool and cut into strips and roll them neatly.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in a small pan add mustard seed. When seeds crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and saute 10 seconds.

  5. 5

    Spread them over the khandvi and garnish with coconut and coriander leaves. Serve with chutney.
