Spread the cooked on the back of grease a thali to a very thin circle, while it's still hot.cool and cut into strips and roll them neatly.

Heat the oil in a small pan add mustard seed. When seeds crackle, add curry leaves, green chillies and saute 10 seconds.

Spread them over the khandvi and garnish with coconut and coriander leaves. Serve with chutney.
