Ingredients

up to 5 people

3-5 lbschuck roast boneless
1/2 cupwhiskey or bourbon (I use 1 full cup)
1can/bottle of beer (12 oz)
1 jarpepperoncini peppers (12-16 oz) (remove stems) DO NOT DRAIN
1 canbeef broth

Steps

Trim as much visible fat off the beef as possible

Add all the ingredients into crockpot along with the juice from the peppers.

Cook on low for 8 hrs.
ALT - you can also cook in an instant pot for 70-90 min on high.

Use fork to shred beef, add shredded beef back to crockpot.

Simmer for ten minutes then ready to eat.
