  • 1 cupGarbanzo Beans (rinsed)
  • 1/4 cupSliced Green Onions
  • 1 cupShredded Carrots
  • 1/2 cupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Chopped Basil (garnish)
  • 1 headRomaine Lettuce
  • 1 cupCherry Tomatoes (halved)
  • For Dressing
  • 1 cupMayonnaise or Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 1 teaspoonDry Mustard
  • 1 teaspoonCumin
  • 1 teaspoonCayenne Pepper
  • 1 tablespoonOnion Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonPepper
  • 1 tablespoonCelery Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse Carrots, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Pinto Beans, Black Beans, Garbanzo Beans seperately

  2. 2

    Shred the Carrots and the Sharp Cheddar Cheese

  3. 3

    Put all of the ingridients in a large mixing bowl and mix with Salad Tongs or a Wooden Spoon

  4. 4

    Add The Todd Dressing in the salad and garnish with chopped basil
