I HV made this dessert with leftover semi melted vanilla ice cream. I had bought vanilla ice cream for some purpose, I used a lot and kept remaining 2 cups of ice cream in freezer and later forgot about it. Moreover I had switched the freezer temperature to minimum so when I took the ice cream on fine day found that it had almost reached the liquid state. I had to finish that ice cream before it's expiry time was over , so suddenly I discovered this recipe, so I thought of sharing with you all.
