First squeez excess water from bottleguard

Now make kofta by mixing above ingredients as mentioned above....no need to add water as we all know that bottleguard itself has enough water

Deep fry kofta

Heat oil in pan put hing rai jeera.....grinded gravy and all dry Masala till it leaves oil....add water and salt to taste

Now add kofta and fresh cream....

Serve it hot with laccha paratha
