Steps
- 1
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, baking powder and melted butter and mix them well. Now Knead a soft dough with leuk warm water. Cover it with a cling sheet for half an hour.
- 2
Now take an another bowl and add leftover mushroom masala vegetable (or any other masala vegetable you have as leftover), chopped onion, chilli flakes, chopped green chilli, tomato sauce, salt and navratan namkeen (I used my moistened namkeen as it had no more crisp to eat) and mix all well.
- 3
Now take small quantity of dough and roll it to make small ovals. Now make cuts on either side of this oval.
- 4
Place small amount of mushroom mixture in it's centre and then mozorilla cheese and fold it's sides toward centre to give shape of a fish.
- 5
Now preheat your oven at 160° and bake these fishes for 10 mins.
