I am very proud of my croquet because it attracted my Kenyan friends.
Steps

Cut the potatoes in cube and boil in salted water until tender (for 15 mins). Drain and mash potatoes and set aside.

Chop onion, carrot and garlic
- 3
Fry the minced meat in a large pan without until becomes dried.

When the meat becomes well dried, add garlic, onion and 1 tbs of vegetable oil and season with salt, pepper and oregano. Let them cook for a while.

Add carrot to your meat and cover pan with lid until carrot becomes soft.

Add your meat to mashed potatoes and tbs flour. If the texture is hard, add a bit milk.

Form it into evenly-sized balls and let them cool a bit in a fridge (otherwise you will not form them well).

Coat them in flour, then dip into egg, and dip in the bread crumbs to coat all sides.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium high heat until it shimmers. Fry them until both sides turn golden brown. It’s done!!!!
