Start by making tha gram flour and udal flour in mixing bowl

Add tha salt bakingsoda Abdoul thisandblend well

Add tha waterand knead it to médium consistency Add 1tsp oil or oil this and knead again

Divide tha dough into round medium sized roll give them à twirl in tha Rice flour and roll each one out in to a thin rôti

Then cut them into long stries and sort
- 6
Heat some oil in a pan on médium flame and fry tha strips set aside to cool on a kitchan paper towel
- 7
Sprinkle some blacksalt and tha Red chilli powder and serve with mint chatny
