Cut off as much stems as possible from parsley and chop fine

Dice tomaotoes very small

Grate cucumber

Add all ingrediants together. Taste and adjust salt pepper and lemon juice to your liking! I use about 1/4 of the lemon and sqeeze juice in.

Goes great on pita bread or tortillas

I did not have bulgar wheat on hand so i did not use it this time.
