Ingredients

240 mins
8 servings
  1. 2 lbsground beef
  2. 1 lbitalian sausage
  3. 2 tbspminced garlic
  4. 2 tbsponion powder
  5. 2 tspolive oil
  6. 1 boxlasagna noodles
  7. 1large jar spaghetti sauce or marinara
  8. 4 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese
  9. 1 cupgrated parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

240 mins
  1. 1

Cook ground beef with sausage, drain grease & add garlic & onion powder. Stir til mixed. Set aside

  2. 2

Lightly grease bottom of crockpot with olive oil & add 1 cup of sauce. Make sure sauce is spread evenly across the bottom.

  3. 3

Now line lasagna noodles over the sauce, overlapping just a little.

  4. 4

Then add 1/3 of the meat mixture evenly on top of noodles.

  5. 5

Top meat with cheese, however much you like but make sure you don't run out before the meat or sauce. Use your judgement.😉

  6. 6

Repeat the last steps by layering on top sauce, noodles, meat & cheese until everything is gone except for cheese. Top off with cheese!

  7. 7

Cover & let sit for 4 hrs on low heat. (Careful not to overcook) Serve with some garlic bread (optional) & enjoy!😆

I have made this numerous times. Easy and makes enough to freeze some for later. Tasty.
