Ingredients

  1. 1 canblack beans
  2. 2 tablespoonsgarlic powder
  3. 1 1/2 tablespoonsonion powder
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  6. 2 packagesParmesan cheese
  7. 1 pinchparsley

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Use chopper on beans until no whole beans are left.

  2. 2

    Add rest of ingredients to beans

  3. 3

    Form into very thin patties and refrigerate 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Cook in light butter and oil for about 6 minutes on each side (It's important to cook them through otherwise they'll stay mushy).
