Ingredients

20 minutes
6-7 servings
  • 1/4 kgBoiled potatoes
  • 400 grmSugar
  • 2Cardamom semi crush
  • 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 tspCondensed milk
  • 1-2 Pinchbaking soda

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl put boiled potatoes Peel and smash it with the arm without lumps

  2. 2

    It forms nice starch...add flour,soda,condensed milk mix well those soft dough

  3. 3

    Mean while for sugar syrup...sugar,water,cardamom crush keep boil until it should get jamun syrup is ready

  4. 4

    Take a potato dough make small ball the put in to hot oil fry well in a medium flame..take out put into sugar syrup

  5. 5

    Leave 15min..it will absorb syrup increase the size
