Ingredients

10 minutes
1 serving
  • 2 patol/pointed gourd
  • 100 gOil
  • 50 gMix masala paste
  • 1 tea spoonTurmeric powder

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    The patols are peel the skin

  2. 2

    Wash in clean water

  3. 3

    Now cut it's long size

  4. 4

    The masala was jeera and dhania paste, ginger and garlic paste, red chilli paste,salt for test,turmeric powder with mix well.

  5. 5

    The patols are few mix salt and turmeric.

  6. 6

    Now the masala paste put in patol.

  7. 7

    Take a pan heat the oil on gas stove.

  8. 8

    Now masala put patols are fry in heat oil.

  9. 9

    When it's like a few brown colour and soft then off the gas stove.

  10. 10

    Garnish of dhania leaf.

  11. 11

    Serve in hot with rice.
