Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 4fish fillets
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1.5 tspgarlic paste
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgreen chilli Paste
  • 1 tspcoriander leaf paste
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • 2 tbspbiscuit crumbs
  • 1egg
  • to taste salt
  • As neededoil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Now add ginger garlic paste, green chill coriander leaves paste,salt and gram flour

  3. 3

    Coat the fish with this

  4. 4

    Now beat the egg with salt

  5. 5

    Dip the coated fish into the egg

  6. 6

    Roll into biscuit crumbs and keep.in a refrigerater for 30 minutes

  7. 7

    Now heat oil and deep fry the fish

  8. 8

    Serve it with salad
