2 cupleftover rice
1 cupleftover mix vegetables
1/4tomatoe sauce
1/4grated cheese
to tasteSalt
as neededButter
2 tspChopped mint leave
1 tspBlack pepper
as neededOil

Take a pan add little oil and butter in it

Then add leftover rice in it fry the rice then add leftover mix vegetables and mix it well

Then add tomatoe sauce, black pepper, salt, mint leave in it and fry it well

At last add grated cheese and serve the dish
