Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleftover moong dal
  2. 2 cuprefined flour
  3. 3 tbspoil
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsppaprika
  7. 1 tspgarlic powder
  8. 1 tspcarom seeds
  9. 1/2 cupdry methi leaves
  10. 2 cupsoil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together with the help of water. Make sure that the dough is not too soft or too hard. let it aside for 1 hour.

    After 1 hour, again mix the dough and take small balls of the dough and roll them into a circular shape.

  3. 3

    Once circular, fold it from one side. Make holes with the help of fork.

  4. 4

    Fry them until golden brown.

  5. 5

    They are ready to eat.
