Boil 1 liter of water and turn off the heat. Soak the rice 🍚 with the cinnamon stick in the hot water (this is to hydrate the cinnamon with the rice). Set aside

In a large pitcher with the remaining 3 liters of water, add the cup of sugar (stir well). Then add the sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Also add the 2 tablespoons of vanilla and stir well. Set aside

Blend the rice 🍚 that we previously set aside. Blend very well in small batches

Then strain the rice 🍚 before adding it to the 3-liter pitcher of water that we previously set aside. Stir well

You can add ice cubes and serve. It's delicious!! 😃
