Take a bowl add boiled potatoes, paneer, onion,corn flour, ginger paste,salt red chilli powder mix well and make a dough

Now make a little balls with dough and deep fry it.

Now take a another pan heat the oil and add cumin seeds.

Add ginger and garlic paste and saute it, after that add onion and tomato puree mix it well and add salt and all regular spices and cook it.

Now add fresh cream and as needed water and mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the fry balls and mix well.

Malai kofta is ready to serve.
