Steps

Add yeast and sugar to the warm water,mix and keep aside.

Take the flour in a bowl,add salt,oil and pour the mixture of yeast and start mixing the flour,
any water required just keep sprinkling warm water. - 3
After finish working with the dough, keep aside for 2 hrs, keep covered with a damp cloth

Heat pan add olive oil,garlic, chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are cooked well,add ketchup, oregano, Chilli sauce,salt and cook on medium flame,let the sauce become little thick then turn off the gas.

Heat a non stick frying pan,divide the dough into 6 parts

Take 1 part make it flat like chapati,take a fork and prick it everywhere,and keep in the hot pan, covered after few mins turn upside down.

After 5 mins cooking of cooking remove from pan,spread the sauce on the side which is cooked first,then top with all the garnish items and back to the pan.

Keep on high heat for 3 sec and reduce let it cook for another 5 mins or until the cheese has melted out.
