Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 cupsIdli batter
  • 1 cupPalak puree
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 2-3green chillies paste
  • 1 cupcarrot puree
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1 tspginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all pour the batter in a big bowl, add some salt and divide it in 3 equal parts.

    For making saffron batter, mix one portion of batter,carrot puree, ginger chilli paste,pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    For making white batter, keep one portion of the plain batter aside in separate bowl.

  4. 4

    For making green batter, mix the remaining third portion of batter, palak puree, ginger paste, green chilli paste and a pinch of salt.

  5. 5

    Now mix all the ingredients mentioned for a green layer.

  6. 6

    Preheat the microwave.

  7. 7

    In sillicon mould pour green layer.

  8. 8

    Microwave for 2 mins.

  9. 9

    Remove frm microwave.pour white layer.

  10. 10

    Again microwave for 2 mins.

  11. 11

    Last pour saffron layer.

  12. 12

    Then temper with mustard seeds.garnish with grated coconut.

  13. 13

    Ur tiranga muffins is ready to serve.
