This is a healthy paratha with the goodness of carrots, spinach and reddish. Wheat flour is used to make paratha.
Steps

Bind dough. Keep aside for 10 min. Knead again.

Now roll 2 big chapatis. On 1 chapati apply ghee. Put carrot on above part. Reddish in between and spinach with green chillies and coriander leaves in the end. Sprinkle salt, black pepper and carom seeds.

Cover this chapati with 2nd chapati and seal the ends by folding all round.

Heat a tawa. Apply ghee. And fry this paratha on medium flame from both sides.

Enjoy yummy healthy paratha.
