This semolina porridge makes a great breakfast bowl with the goodness of dry fruits. So yummy and comforting breakfast or dessert by itself. Adding sugar is optional.

This semolina porridge makes a great breakfast bowl with the goodness of dry fruits. So yummy and comforting breakfast or dessert by itself. Adding sugar is optional.
Steps

Boil the milk, reduce the flame and add the semolina. Keep steering to avoid any lumps.

Once the semolina is cooked, add in sugar and ghee. Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes and it obtains thick consistency. Set it aside to cool down.

Slice the apricot and pistachios.

Spoon in the porridge on a serving plate and garnish with sliced apricot and pistachios. What more one can ask for a healthy breakfast
