Deseed bullet green chilli and cut from the middle. soak bullet green chilli in salty water for 1/2hour. Then drain it and keep aside.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, saute chopped onion till transparent.

Saute green chilli paste for few seconds

Add all spices, salt and mashed potatoes.

Mix well and cook till 1 minute on high flame.

Switch off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves and lime juice.

Mix well and let it cool.

When cooled, stuff aaloo masala inside and outside of the green chilli.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour, Salt, red chilli powder and turmeric

Mix well and make pouring consistency batter using water.

Dip chillies in batter and heat oil in Kauai, fry vadas in hot oil till golden colour on both side.

Serve with ketchup.
