First soak chaap in a warm water in 10 minutes.after that remove the stick.

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl add chaap,keep aside for 1.1/2 hour.

Heat butter on tawa add chaap shallow fry from both sides.

Add marenate batter on this cook for 2-3 minutes.

Ready to eat yummy tikka chaap,serve with onion,lemon slices.
