  • 1 ltrfull cream milk
  • 1 cupsoaked rice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspgreen cardamom Powder
  • 1 handfuldry fruits

    Boil milk with sugar till it becomes half

  2. 2

    Now grind the rice coarsely

  3. 3

    Add it into the pan and stir briskly to avoid sticking at the bottom

  4. 4

    Keep the flame low and stir briskly

  5. 5

    Finally add dry fruits and cardamom Powder

  6. 6

    Serve it cool
