Ingredients

20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 100 gm lentil paste
  2. 100 gmsemolina
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tspsoda
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/2 bowlCurd
  7. as neededFor fry -Mustard seeds, Green chilli, curry leaves

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except fry ingredients, make a smooth batter and keep aside for 3 to 4 hours

  2. 2

    Them grease dhokla plate, spread batter on it keep it in dhokla maker or steam it for 10 to 15 minutes

  3. 3

    Cut in desired shape

  4. 4

    For fry heat oil, mix all frying ingredients and pour on the dhokla
