Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonSugar
  • 1/2 TablespoonOyster Sauce
  • 2 TablespoonPrawn Paste
  • 1 teaspoonSesami oil
  • 700 gchicken mid wing (about 14 pieces)
  • 1 cuptapiaoca flour
  • 1 cupvegetable oil for deep frying
  • 1-2medium tomatoes, slices when ready to serve
  • 1Japanese cucumber, when when ready to serve
  • 1-2small green lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix Sugar, oyster sauce, prawn paste, sesame oil and water together and marinade well to chicken

  2. 2

    Store in ziplog and refregerate overnight

  3. 3

    Remove chicken, shaking off any excess marinade

  4. 4

    Use tapioca flour to coat the chicken and deep fry
