  • 1/2 cupvegetable chopped(onion,tomato, capsicum)
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • as neededbuttemilk of curd
  • 1 poucheno
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add semolina, sal, pepper and curd, make thin batter.

  2. 2

    Add eno kerp int two mjnutes.

  3. 3

    Not take a ninstick pan heat it.

  4. 4

    Apply oil and the make utpam with help of a laddle.

  5. 5

    Now spread vegetable and Flip both side.cook it till creaspy.

  6. 6

    Serve with sauce.
