Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius

Place the sweet potatoes and potatoes in a roasting dish then spice them rub them with your clean hands and cover with foil to be cooked until soft.

Once they are cooked the remove the foil to grill for few minutes then serve them
- 4
Mine is served with grilled steak, creamed spinach and those sweet potatoes and potatoes
