Take a bowl.Add all the eggs, sugar and baking powder.
Mix it till it's fluffy and all the sugar dissolves. - 2
Now add 6/7tbsps flour and mix well.If required then add more in order to form a dough.
Add oil and mix properly.Keep it aside for 10/15 mins. - 3
Now divide it into 4 parts.
Roll them into thick roti. - 4
Cut them according to your desired shapes.
Deep fry them. - 5
Your Ande ki nimki is ready and it can be stored for a long time in an airtight container.

Make sure that your dough should be formed with the flour and egg mixture only.Dont add even a single drop of water into it.
