  • 4Potatoes
  • Cooked ndengu
  • 2 Tbsmilk
  • 1egg
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cook them in water till tender and mash them

  2. 2

    Make ball with the mashed potatoes and stuff them with ndengu.shape into porcupine

  3. 3

    Egg wash and bake them at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
