Steps

Wash and dry roast the moong daal and boil adding salt and turmeric powder

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli

Add ginger paste and saute well

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder,saute well
- 5
Now pour the boiled daal and boil
- 6
Add sugar,boil well and switch off
- 7
Serve it with rice and any fried vegetables or fish
