For stuffing

Mix all the ingredients and keep aside.

For dough

Mix maida and ghee and add enough water to bind medium soft dough and keep aside

For syrup

Put sugar in a kadhai and add water so that sugar sinks and make 1 string syrup.

Lastly add kesar, elaichi and food colour and mix well and keep aside.

How to proceed

Now make balls of the dough and roll to small Puri.

Place the Puri in Kachori mould and fill with Mawa stuffing and close with another Puri and press the mould

Remove the extra edges and seal properly.

Deep fry in hot oil till golden.

Place in serving plate and pour sugar syrup and garnish with Pista Badam slivers and rose petals and serve.
