Steps

Heat little oil & add chopped garlic & saute.
Add Chicken,chopped capsicum, white of spring onion, carrot & cabbage. Cook for few minutes only. - 2
Add soya sauce, pepper powder, salt, chilli flakes & very little chilli sauce.
Last add some boiled noodles. - 3
Mix all well & see the mixture is more on the drier side.
I have used readymade spring roll sheets.
Use this filling. Roll the rolls.
Fry & serve hot
