Bone marrow starter
Tasted this in a restaurant and decided to make my own variation
Steps

Mix garlic, stock, water and gravy in a saucepan

Boil with the lid off until sauce thickens
- 3
Reduce to very low and add in the marrow
- 4
Cover with lid and leave until the marrow is soft
- 5
Turn over marrow (be gentle as the marrow may fall out) and leave on low for another 10 minutes
- 6
Serve with roll l, bread (do not butter the roll) marrow is basically fat so you don't want a heart attack
