Heat a pan & add desiccated coconut in it & dry roast it for 5 minutes.

Then add condensed milk into it & mix well. After 5 minutes of cooking switch off the flame & let it cool down a bit.

Make roundels from the coconut condensed milk mixture. Keep them aside.

Melt both dark & white chocolates separately in the double boiler or you can also microwave them.

Dip those coconut balls into dark chocolate & place them on butter paper. Repate the process with white chocolate too.

& after the chocolate layer set, you can decorate these truffles with both white & dark chocolates or you can also use any fancy sprinkles of your choice.
