Ingredients

200 gramslady'finger washed and dried and cut lenghwise
1 tspred chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
to taste salt
2 tbspbesan
1 tbsprice flour
1 tspchaat masala
1/2 tspcumin seeds
For frying oil

Steps

Mix lady'finger with all the masalas then add besan and rice flour

Take sufficient oil in a pan

Heat it and fry the lady'finger in batches
4

Once done drain it out in an absorbent paper
5

Serve with rice and daal
