Ingredients

  • 150 gmschicken
  • 1big onion
  • 2green chillies
  • 1tomato
  • Salt as per taste
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tbspclarified butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the chicken into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Add clarified butter in the pan. Saute finely chopped onions, tomatoes and chillies.

  3. 3

    Add salt and crushed black pepper to taste

  4. 4

    Add pieces of onions.

  5. 5

    Add 3 cups of water and bring to boil.

  6. 6

    Hot and juicy chicken soup is ready to serve.
