Ingredients

  • 200 gmDark chocolate compound bar
  • 100 gmMilk chocolate compound bar
  • few dropsFood Colour: Yellow,green,red
  • Modak Mould tray

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt both the Chocolate compounds in microwave safe bowl.Mix well with spoon.See no lumps should be there.

  2. 2

    Keep Chocolate mould tray ready.

  3. 3

    Now take white compound and melt it also.

  4. 4

    Divide white chocolate compound in 3 bowls.Mix different colours in bowls along with the white chocolate compound.

  5. 5

    Now take the Modak tray.First put red then beside yellow then green.Now pour the melted dark,milk chocolate compound on it and tap the tray.

  6. 6

    Put the tray immediately in fridge for 10mins to set.

  7. 7

    Take out the tray and demould the Modaks and you will find multicolored modaks.

  8. 8

    Just beautiful and perfect !!
