  1. 1 Cuprice leftover
  2. 1cooked Sausage
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1Onion
  5. 3 Tbssoy sauce
  6. I capsicum
  7. 1Carrot
  8. 1Spring onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your vegetables and sausage into small pieces

    Fry the egg scrambled first.remove from pan

    Fry the onions with oil then add all the other vegetables and sautee

    Then add the soy sauce and rice and stir

    Finally add the sausage and egg and continue to toss for one minute.serve
