Take a pan or kadhai add oil heat on. Add cumin and mustard seeds fry for a second.

Now add sliced onion fry for a minute, add curry leaves, ginger, tomato chopped mix well.

Add chopped boiled carrot and peas.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder salt mix well.

Now add washed poha mix well, cook for 5-6 minutes heat off.

Serve hot.
