Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlrice soaked
  2. 1potato cut inyo small pieces
  3. 1tomato finely chopped
  4. 2onion tgin sliced
  5. pinchblack pepper
  6. to tastesalt
  7. to tastered chilli powder
  8. 1 tbspghee
  9. 1 tspjeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Add ghee in a pressyre cooker heat it, add newra and crackle it.

  2. 2

    Add onion, tomato, potato sautey 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add rice and water and dal, close tge lid tightlt.cooked fir 4-5 whistle.

  4. 4

    Khichdi is ready to serve.
