Ingredients

  • Rice
  • 4hard boiled eggs
  • 2medium sized onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoongarlic and ginger
  • 1 cupwater
  • 4 tablespoonvegetable oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Add garlic and ginger and stir

  3. 3

    Add the onions and cook until golden brown

  4. 4

    Fry for 1 minute

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes and stir

  6. 6

    Add water and simmer for10 minutes

  7. 7

    Cut the boiled eggs into two and put it in the mixture

  8. 8

    Cook Egg curry for 5 minutes.

  9. 9

    Garnish with corriander leaves and lemon drops

  10. 10

    Serve with rice

  11. 11

    Enjoy
