1/2 cupDalia wheat
1/2 cupmoong masoor dhuli dal
1 cupfreshly diced and cut seasonal vegetables
2 tbspdesi ghee
1 tspjeera whole
to tastesalt

Put ghee in a pressure cooker.Add jeera and let it crackle

Add dal,rice & dalia

Put water and pressure cook for 2 whistles

Open the cooker add salt and oats and diced mixed veggies and cover for 5 to 10 minutes

Serve and eat as it or with curd.

love cooking and I cannot cook even normal vegetables everyday with same recipe ,always recipe has to be different. Iam not scared of cooking anything anytime by the grace of God always
