Ingredients

  1. Liver
  2. Onions
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Milk
  5. Oil
  6. Salt
  7. Dania

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop your liver in small pieces, wash it then place it in a sufuria with little water to boil, when the water is almost finished add your milk and when it boils put it a side. Let it stay overnight

  2. 2

    The next morning boil it again, and if the milk is little add some more then let it rest till evening

  3. 3

    You can eat it that evening or keep warming it till the day you feel to eat it.

    Chop your onion into smaller pieces,

    Create your tomato and place them aside

  6. 6

    Put your sufuria in the fire, put little oil and add your onions, when there well cooked add your tomato.

  7. 7

    When the tomato is done add your boiled liver and cook it without the soup. Add salt then Dania. Your food is now ready, if you want it with soup you can add the milk you used to boil with
