Boil the chana in a pressure cooker. But it should not be cooked fully.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add the whole garam masala, green chillies, hing, ginger garlic paste and onions. Cook till onions become golden brown

Now add the dry masalas. Saute well till oil separates. Add the curd and mix well.

Now add the rice and Chana. Add water, salt. Close the lid and cook till 5 whistles'

Now in serving bowl, Remove the pulav and garnish with carrots, onion, green chillies and coriander leaves.
