Ingredients

  • 1 cupwholenight soaked sabudana
  • 6boil potatoes
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • to tasteSendha salt acc
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Strain sabudana and put in a bowl

  2. 2

    Add boil and mashed potatoes

  3. 3

    Put sendha salt

  4. 4

    Add chopped green chillies

  5. 5

    Make the dough

  6. 6

    Heat oil

  7. 7

    Make vadas with palms

  8. 8

    Fry till golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve with chutney
