  • 1 bowlsamak
  • 6 bowlmilk
  • 2small elaichi
  • Raisin and Almond

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan and add two small elaichi seed.

  2. 2

    Add washed samak

  3. 3

    Boiled milk and samak for ten minutes.

  4. 4

    After 10 min.. our samak KHEER is ready

  5. 5

    Garnish with raisin and chopped almond

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold ur choice
